Millie Betts is a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Weight Management Specialist who works with women “of a certain age” to help them look and feel wonderful in their jeans.

Millie believes that women can feel more energetic and vibrant as they age much more healthfully…so they can feel fit and sexy at any age!

Millie has helped women get back to feeling great about how they feel about themselves for over 35 years.  She has lived through the battles personally and has sought professionally to show women how they can be their best and healthiest selves.

Millie is a certified health coach, weight management specialist, personal trainer, group exercise leader, yoga instructor and senior exercise specialist.

Millie holds certifications with the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Coach U.

 

Outside of the passion for helping women become their best selves, Millie is a big dog lover and outdoor enthusiast.
