  1. Bake spaghetti squash: Simple! Cut it in half, place it face down on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and sprayed with olive or coconut oil. Bake at 400 degrees until it's soft to the squeeze.

  2. Use one of the many other kinds of commercial pastas available....lentil, black bean, and rice pasta are three that I have here.

  3. Spiralize your own....yellow squash or zucchini are the easiest and most popular. I used both the Scarfpro (for more volume) and the Veggetti (fast and super simple if prepping a meal for only 1 or 2).
