These sessions are tailored to the individual so that we can determine the best session content, times, and frequency for you!  Should we determine that a change is needed to best meet your needs, Millie can be accommodating!

Client agrees, in the event of a need to cancel a scheduled session, the client must provide 24 hours advance notice to the Trainer/Coach. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged for that scheduled session.

Before scheduling a Step by Step Session, it is advised that you complete the Lifestyle Assessment, which you receive upon scheduling a Complimentary Lifestyle Assessment Appointment.
